Stop the Overwhelm

Steps to help you and your child.

Stop the Overwhelm and Make a Plan is part of our welcome to new members inside our Parent Membership Community, to allow parents to take small steps towards figuring out what the priorities are for their child. (you can move through these steps for each child if you wish)

We focus on the whole child. Their physical, mental, social and learning abilities. If your child has a diagnosis or not - this is not needed to move through these steps.

We want to help our community — and now you are able to be part of our community as well!

Stop the Overwhelm and Make a Plan is self-directed which means that you start where you need to in this 4 step process.

Let’s get started

To help you get the support you need, move through the questions listed below to find out where you need to begin.

Ask yourself these questions:

Do you feel overwhelmed right now?

Yes. Complete Stop the Overwhelm section 1. Click on the yellow box to get your journal and hit play to watch the video.

No. Move onto the next question.

Do you need to review and reflect on your child’s progress and the present concerns you have?

Yes. (this is something we need to do regularly to help us move forward and see the progress as well) Then complete the Review and Reflect by working through the journal and watching the video.

Do you need help putting your concerns + observations into words — so you can get the support your child needs?
