Hey Sigmund - Where the Science of Psychology Meets the Art of Being Human - we love this tagline - this is a great resource for anxiety. She has some great blog posts about the virus and lowering anxiety.

Self Compassion - Dr. Kristin Neff was one of our speakers at our Summit. She has some amazing practical free resources on how to be kind to yourself during challenging times. We do believe self compassion lowers anxiety and stress.

Washington Parent Map - They are a little ahead of us with the lockdown. They have some great wellness and educational online sites and indoor fun for families.

Australian Family Support Site - from virtual field trips to experiments to additional online courses.

For Kids

TVO - Great resource for preschool and school age children with apps and shows.

PBS Kids offers online games, videos, interactive play, parenting resources, and more. You can also sign up for their FREE newsletter and get daily activities and tips to help kids play and learn at home.

Time Outs 24 best podcasts for kids - some great suggestions for podcasts for all ages. Great for the non readers out there.
