Aileen Mason teaches doctors about nutrition for the brain and has a new book coming soon called THE HEALTHY BRAIN.   The brain uses nutrients at ten times the rate of any other organ, and without proper feeding has difficulty functioning. Learn the right way to eat to maximize brain chemistry to improve mood, focus and concentration

 The ‘5 Step Process to Uncovering Your Child’s Potential’ workshop will allow parents to actively participate in brainstorming necessary area(s) of growth for their child, set goals, and determine resources and strategies to support these goals. By the end of the workshop, parents will commit to five things they will go home and implement to help their child meet his/her potential.


B. Ciara Foy  - Nutritionist + life coaching

GUT and mind health -- what 's food got to do with it? 

Gut health impacts mental health and stress - it's too important not to touch on this. Ciara will review how food impacts mood, energy and focus.   You don't have to get into food battles to get your kids to eat healthier. She will review how to get your kids to eat healthier and how to reduce stress and anxiety based on simple techiques and the type of foods your child eats.
